In case no one is found at the delivery address, the rescheduling of the shipment will be coordinated.

If you wish to make any changes for products purchased on our website, you can do so within seven business days from the date of purchase.

- Reason for return
Any item as long as proof of payment is presented online. It must have original packaging and labels and the product must be returned in optimal condition, without traces of having been opened and used.
Those products that were purchased in promotion or with a discount and from the “SALE” section are not subject to changes or returns.
If the return request is made outside of the indicated period or the item has been used or is not sent in its original packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.
The charge for shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Nor are money refunds made. The returned products may be exchanged for an amount equal to or greater than the sale (canceling the difference).
